How much does it cost?
The current introductory price for our email reports service is $9.99/month.

How does the service work?
Tell us what brand name, search term, or topic you want to track. Our system will start monitoring the topic and then email you the Twitter analytics in an easy-to-ead report.

Why should I choose your TweetReports when [insert other Twitter monitoring company] gives me a report for free?
We completely understand! Getting stuff for free is great. That’s why no matter which of our three email report options you choose, we give you the first report for free! And when we say free, we mean a FULL REPORT that provides Twitter statistics for up to 25,000 tweets about the topic you want to monitor.

Granted we could have teased you with a free report limited to 50 or even 1500 results — but you’d be pretty hard pressed to gain any meaningful context from such limited results. Instead, we thought it would be easier to simply offer you a great report at a great price than to figure out a way to give you a song for free if you buy the album at three times the price.

Why am I not seeing graphics in my email reports?
Ah, it’s the ol’ no pictures showing up in your email question.

Most likely, your email filters think the reports we’re sending you are spam. In which case, your email software is automatically blocking images from being loaded (it’s a safety thing). To fix this, doing either one of the following will most likely solve the issue but we recommend doing both.

  1. When you receive an email report from us, make sure to mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
  2. Add our email address ( donotreply@tweetreports.com ) to your approved recipients. Even better, add our contact information to your contact list or address book.

What if I want to change my keyword after I place my order?
Please email your change request to support@tweetreports.com. Changes may take up to 24-hours to process through the system.

I didn’t get the results I expected.
It’s probably one of two things you can change for the next report you order; either the vernacular is off, or there simply aren’t any results to be had for your monitored term.

Take the first: If you’re trying to monitor something like how much tweens love Justin Bieber — is it better to search for OMG, QT, #nxtmrsbieber, or something else? Remember the immortal words of Elmer Fudd: To hunt wabbit — think like a wabbit. That may take some time and refinement.

Secondly, there might not be results to be had. If it’s an obscure topic, or there isn’t a lot of chatter, your results will indicate that. Remember, we don’t make the tweets, we just make reports.

Can you help me get better results?
Sure we can. In order to do that we need to know more about you and the insights you’re trying attain. So drop us a note, tweet us, or call 1–888-RETWEET and we’ll do what we can to help.

I don’t need a monthly subscription. Can I buy just one report?
Yes! You can buy an individual report for ANY search results. Reports are only $5 each and will included statistics for your search results (up to 25,000 tweets). Here’s how to get a single report;

  1. Go to search​.tweetreports​.com
  2. Create a search for the keyword you need a report for
  3. After the results are loaded, click on the “Buy Report” link )located above the results and under the tabs)
  4. Click “Add To Cart”
  5. After making your payment via PayPal, you will be directed back to TweetReports
  6. After your report has been processed, you will be prompted to save your report. You MUST save your report or it will be lost.

Is there a long-term commitment?
There are no long-term commitments. For paid accounts, you pay on a monthly basis and you can cancel anytime.

Are there setup or cancellation fees?
There are no hidden setup or “account handing” fees and there’s no charge to cancel your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Please follow these steps to cancel your email reports subscription:

  • Log into PayPal
  • My Account > Overview
  • Look at transaction detail
  • Click on “Details” link
  • Click on “My pre-approved payments”
  • Click on “TweetReports LLC”
  • On Subscription details” page, Click on “Cancel”
  • In the popup, click “Cancel Profile”

What payment options do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards — Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover — via PayPal. Services are automatically billed on a monthly basis via PayPal.

Are there other payment options?
If you would like to prepay for multiple months via invoice or other payment options, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

What’s your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time but no refunds are provided.

Canceling your subscription does not stop services for the the month you’ve already paid. It simply cancels your subscription so no further payments are collected.
