Results in emalied reports aren’t as expected

Not getting the results you expected in emailed reports is probably one of two things you can change for the next report you order; either the vernacular is off, or there simply aren’t any results to be had for your monitored term.

Take the first: If you’re trying to monitor something like how much tweens love Justin Bieber — is it better to search for OMG, QT, #nxtmrsbieber, or something else? Remember the immortal words of Elmer Fudd: To hunt wabbit — think like a wabbit. That may take some time and refinement.

Secondly, there might not be results to be had. If it’s an obscure topic, or there isn’t a lot of chatter, your results will indicate that. Remember, we don’t make the tweets, we just make reports.
