Why didn’t I receive an email to verify my account?

We understand how frustrating it is when you’re excited about trying a new Twitter application, sign up for an account, and then have to wait for an email so you can verify your account — and then not have it show up in your email inbox. Rest assured, verification emails are immediately sent to your provided email address when you register for an account. If you don’t receive it, one of a couple things could have happened;

1. You may have inadvertently entered your email address incorrectly.
2. The email was marked as spam and ended up in your spam filter or spam folder.

To resolve this, we ask you to;

A) Check your spam folder to make sure your email application didn’t mark it as spam.
B) Add our email address to your approved contact list/address book. If you still aren’t getting the verification email, please contact us and we’ll get your account verified as soon as possible.
